Welcome to our new series of online classes where we share our knowledge of decorating and baking. With a combined experience of 50 years Niki and our Mum will share their knowledge, skills, tips and tricks.
In our 'Fondant Cake Covering' class Niki will share the technique she uses to cover our cakes in fondant. You’ll learn how to roll out fondant and work it into a delicate smooth covering for your round sponge cake.
We will provide 1kg of white fondant and a smoother tool (and the recipes to the cake and frosting, for those who do not attend workshop 1).
Additional equipment, such as a turntable, cake boards, palette knives and scrapers can be purchased from us (link to follow).
