Welcome to our new series of online classes where we share our knowledge of decorating and baking. With a combined experience of 50 years Niki and our Mum will share their knowledge, skills, tips and tricks.
In our 'Create a Christmas Themed Cake' class Niki will teach you how to decorate a cake with fondant decorations and 3D characters. You will learn to mold fondant and transform it into a festive scene.
We will provide coloured fondant, sprinkles and cutters (and recipes for the cake and frosting).
Additional equipment, such as a turntable, cake boards, palette knives, extra fondant, smoothing tools and scrapers can be purchased from us from 17/09.
